Al Ahly Sabbour

One of Egypt's larger developers, active since 1994. In Sharm El Sheikh it owns and develops the Sunterra resort near Naama Bay.

Everything we know about this company comes from its own site; we found no independent corroboration of the founding year or of the project list. The about page says '65+ projects', an open-ended figure, so we record no delivered-project count.

One question we could not settle: whether the company built Sunterra itself or acquired the scheme around 2010. The sources differ.
