A gated residential resort of about 51,000 sq m in Nabq Bay. The scheme is carried out by Sharm Up for Touristic Development and managed by Kafafy Group.
On site there are pools including a children's one, a playground, a restaurant, a cafe, a shop, a laundry, a gym, gardens, parking, internet, security and a closed perimeter.
We publish no unit count: the sources disagree, 490 against 600. Nor a build year — one page says 'completed', another gives 1 September 2013. Even the name is written two ways: 'The View Resort' and 'The View Hotel Resort'.
Take care with the beach: one page describes it as the nearest public beach, the other as paid access. We recorded 'public beach nearby' with that caveat. There are no coordinates.
