How working with agents is arranged here
This site has no directory of third-party agents and no invented team with photographs. Every enquiry is handled by a Dommare advisor. Below: why, what it means for a buyer and an owner, and how an agent can work with us.
Why there is no list of agents
On most portals the same property hangs with five agents, each with their own price and their own version of the documents, and the buyer phones round comparing intermediaries rather than flats. We are arranged differently: a property is published once, after we have seen its documents, and one person answers for enquiries about it.
A buyer never reaches an owner directly, and an owner receives no stream of calls from all comers. A Dommare advisor stands between them — not as a restriction, but as the reason the document states the Passport shows were checked by someone before your conversation.
Who will work with you
The advisor who receives your enquiry keeps it to the end: shortlist, viewings, checks, negotiation, the deal. You are not handed from person to person and do not explain the brief again.
There is no team page with names and photographs here yet — and it will appear only when those are real people. We do not publish invented staff: on a site that sells property, that would be a lie in the most visible place.
What the advisor does
- Clarifies the brief: to live in, for the season, or to let — the same budget buys a different flat for each.
- Builds a shortlist from what is published and from what is not on the site, and adds nothing to it for bulk.
- Shows in person or by video, including what a marketing walk-through usually skips.
- Arranges the checks and an independent legal review; the opinion comes from the lawyer, not the advisor.
- Handles negotiation, paperwork and handover — and stays on after the deal if management is wanted.
For agents and agencies
We work with agents who have properties and owners willing to show their documents. Terms are agreed before publication, not after a buyer has appeared; a property whose documents we have not seen does not go on the site, whoever brought it.
If you are an agent and want to work with us, write through the contacts page: say which properties you handle and in which areas. We will reply with what fits and on what terms.
What people usually ask
- Can I choose a particular agent?
- Not while the team is unpublished — enquiries are assigned by language and brief. Once a team page exists with real people, you will be able to.
- What does the advisor cost a buyer?
- The commission is agreed before the deal and appears as its own line in the True Cost calculation — you see it in advance rather than at signing. The advisor names the rate for your situation; it is not published on the site because it depends on the property and the terms.
- I am an owner. Can I work with several agents at once?
- You can. But an exclusive here is a written agreement, not a label, and without one we do not invest in photography and promotion for a property that may go through another agency tomorrow.
- Do you pass my details to partner agents?
- No. A buyer's enquiry is seen only by a Dommare advisor. An owner sees the stages and the number of enquiries on their property, never buyers' names or contacts.
