Developer: Al Ahly Sabbour

A resort of villas and apartments on a 200,000 sq m site along Peace Road, about two kilometres from the centre of Naama Bay. Owned and developed by Al Ahly Sabbour.

The figure of 338 units comes from the developer's own page. None of the pages we read states a delivery year.

On site there are a pool, gardens, a gym, tennis, a shop, a restaurant, a playground, parking, a medical point, internet and a guarded perimeter. Everything except the pool is aggregator-sourced rather than stated by the developer.

Two notes. First, the area is tangled online: one agency calls the project 'Sunterra-Hadaba', two others file it under Naama Bay and OpenStreetMap places it in Ras Um Sid. In the Sharm market the compound is sold and searched as Naama Bay, and that is where Dommare lists it. Second, a private beach is claimed only by an aggregator, so we record no beach relationship — and it remains unresolved whether this is the same asset as the separately marketed 'Sunterra Park'.
