A resort of apartments on Peace Road by Naama Bay. The complex has no direct access to the sea — that is stated plainly, and it is probably the first thing to know about it.

The year 2007 and the absence of sea access come from the same source, a Russian-language encyclopaedic mirror. That source places the complex about a kilometre outside Naama Bay towards Nabq, while the agencies market it as a Naama Bay address.

On site there are pools including a children's one, a playground, gardens, a shop, a cafe, parking and security.
