This is one of the better-corroborated entries in our directory: two independent agencies agree on the name, the area, the distance to the beach, the private beach and the handover date of 1 December 2022. The developer's own portfolio also lists Sunny Beach Resort in Al Montazah.
On site there are a private beach, a pool, a shop, a restaurant, a cafe, a gym, a spa, a laundry, a playground, parking, a medical point and security.
