On site there are pools including a children's one, gardens, a playground, a cafe, a restaurant, a shop, a spa, a gym, parking, internet, security and a private beach.
There is one source, an agency. It states delivery in 2021 and '24+' units — an open-ended figure, so we record no unit count. The project area is given on that same page as both 1,600 and 1,650 sq m.
And there is a contradiction within one page: it promises both a two-minute walk to a private beach and proximity to a public one. We recorded the private beach with that caveat. There are no coordinates.
