We have one source, an agency, and it states 83 apartments in five buildings in phase one plus 376 hotel rooms in phase two. Those are phase figures rather than a project total, so we show no unit count.

On site there are a pool, parking, a restaurant and security. That same single source names PromoSharm Real Estate Development as the developer; we found no corroboration, so the company is not in our directory.
