A residential complex on a 40,000 sq m plot in the Naama Bay area, with pools and water slides.

On site there are pools including a children's one, a water park, a playground, a restaurant, a cafe, a shop, a laundry, a gym, a spa, gardens and security.

The figure of 32 units is what the sources state, but against forty thousand square metres it looks implausible, and we would re-check it with the seller before any deposit.

We record no delivery year: the same page gives 31 December 2021 and simultaneously marks the project as under construction. A Russian-language source says the Naama Bay beach is ten minutes away — but by transport, which is neither a compound shuttle nor a walking time, so both beach fields are empty.
