A residential resort complex on the heights above Naama Bay, by El Salam Road. The setting is high and open: Naama Bay is downhill from here, so it is quieter than the seafront and still a short run down to it.
The compound has a beach, but not below the windows: it lies in Naama Bay and a resort minibus goes there. That matters when choosing — 'own beach' here means a ride, not a gate.
On site there are pools, gardens, a gym, a spa, restaurants, a shop, a medical point, a playground and a diving centre, with security around the clock. How many pools exactly is disputed between sources (eleven against twelve), so we publish no figure.
No source states a build year, a unit count or a developer. Online directories file the compound under Hadaba, but in the Sharm market it is sold and searched as Naama Bay — which is where Dommare lists it; the coordinates come from OpenStreetMap.
