Sunny Group Developers

A local Sharm El Sheikh developer. Its residential resorts stand in El Montazah, Naama Bay and Nabq Bay; in our directory these are Sunny Beach in El Montazah and Sunny Village in Nabq.

We show no founding year: the company's own site gives three different versions — 'since 1998', 'since 2003' and '28+ years'. We found no independent source on the company.

One thing not to confuse: Sunny Lakes Resort is not this company's project — it is simply where its office is.
